Erfahrungen mit einem ferngesteuerten Röntgen-Diagnostik-Gerät^*

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über praktische Erfahrungen mit einer Röntgen-Fernbedienungsanlage (Übertischröhre) berichtet. Neben der universellen Anwendungsmöglichkeit des Gerätes auch in der Tomographie und der Funktionsdiagnostik wird auf die Vor- und Nachteile des Fernbedienungsverfahrens eingegangen. Als entscheidende Vorteile werden das ermüdungsfreie Arbeiten des Radiologen und der vollkommene Strahlenschutz des Untersuchers in Übereinstimmung mit der Literatur bestätigt. Von einer kürzeren Untersuchungszeit und hierdurch bedingten schnelleren Diagnosenstellung konnten wir uns nicht überzeugen. Bei dem jetzigen Stand der Technik ist nach unserer Auffassung das Fernbedienungsverfahren nicht ausschließlich verwendbar. Eine gewisse Auswahl der Patienten muß getroffen werden.

Summary

A report is given of the practical experiences gained on a remote control overhead-tube unit. Besides the discussion of the universal use of the plant including tomography and functional diagnosis advantages and disadvantages of the remote control method are discussed. Decisive advantages are freedom from fatigue for the radiologist and perfect protection against radiation. It is however not the authors opinion that the time of the investigation can be shortened and a diagnosis be arrived at earlier. At the present stage of the technological development it is in the authors view not possible to use remote control to the exclusion of the other methods. Rather it is necessary to select suitable patients.

Résumé

Exposition des expériences pratiques obtenues avec un appareil de radio-diagnostic avec commande à distance (ampoule en-dessus de la table d'examen). L'auteur étudie les possibilités de l'utilisation universelle de cet appareil également pour les tomographies et les examens fonctionnels. Ils exposent les avantages et les inconvénients du procédé des examens avec commande à distance. Les avantages primordiaux sont constitués par la suppression d'un travail fatigant pour le radiologiste et la protection totale de l'examinateur, ce qui confirme les données de la littérature. Le racourcissement de la durée de l'examen par contre et l'obtention plus rapide du diagnostic n'ont pas été constatés. Dans l'état actuel de la technique ce procédé de commande à distance ne peut être utilisé dans tous les cas. Il ne peut être employé que pour un certain nombre de malades.

Resumen

Se informa sobre experiencias prácticas con una instalación radiológica provista de mandos a distancia. Junto a la posibilidad de empleo universal del aparato, se aceptan también, en la tomografia y en el diagnóstico funcional, las ventajas e inconvenientes del procedimiento de maniobra a distancia. Como ventaja decisiva se confirma, concordando con la literatura, la ausencia de fatiga en el trabajo del radiólogo y la protección completa de los investigadores contra las radiaciones. No pudimos emplear un tiempo menor de reconocimiento y, por ello, un diagnóstico condicional más rápido. Según nuestra interpretación no es utilizable exclusivamente en el estado actual de la técnica, el procedimiento de mando a distancia. Debe hacerse una cierta selección de los pacientes.
