Szintigraphische Untersuchungen bei Nierenverletzungen^*

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über szintigraphische Untersuchungen mittels ¹⁹⁷Hg und ²⁰³Hg Chlormerodrin bei acht Nierenverletzten. Gute Übereinstimmung zwischen Urogramm und Szintigramm, wobei die Aussagen des Szintigramms weitgehender und genauer sind. Zusätzliche Ergebnisse durch Szintigramme, aufgenommen mit herabgesetzter Empfindlichkeitsstufe. Große Ausfälle im Nierenscan ergeben auch bei der Gefäßdarstellung positive Befunde. Szintigraphische Kontrollen des Heilverlaufes sind möglich und empfehlenswert.

Summary

A report is given of scintigraphic investigations with ¹⁹⁷Hg and ²⁰³Hg on eight patients with renal injuries. Good agreement between urogram and scintigram was obtained whereby the information from the scintigram is more accurate and goes farther. Additional results obtained from scintigrams taken with reduced sensitivity are discussed. Significant defects in the renal scan lead also to positive findings in the presentation of the vascular system. Scintigraphic checking of the healing process is possible and recommended.

Communication de scintigraphies effectuées avec le chlormérodrine de ¹⁹⁷Hg et de ²⁰³Hg dans huit cas de traumatisme rénal. Les résultats de l'urographie et de la scintigraphie concordent, les renseignements fournis par la scintigraphie sont toutefois plus nombreux et plus précis. Des renseignements complémentaires peuvent être obtenus par la scintigraphie en utilisant un degré de sensibilité réduit. Des déficiences importantes du scintigramme rénal sont confirmées par l'angiographie rénale. Il est possible et recommandé d'effectuer des contrôles scintigraphiques au cours de l'évolution vers la guérison.

Se trata de una comunicación sobre exploraciones escintigráficas por medio de ¹⁹⁷Hg y ²⁰³Hg cloromerodrina en ocho traumatismos renales. Existe buena concordancia entre urograma y escintigrama, pero las conclusiones del escintigrama son más amplias y más exactas. Resultados adicionales mediante el escintigrama, se registran con grado de sensibilidad rebajado. Grandes deficiencias en la exploración renal dan también, en la representación de los vasos, hallazgos positivos. Son posibles y recomendables los controles escintigráficos del proceso de curación.
