Lymphographie vom Dorsum penis

Zusammenfassung

Die Lymphographie vom Penis aus ist technisch schwieriger als vom Fußrücken aus. Sie ist bei entsprechender Indikationsstellung und Vorbereitung dem Patienten zumutbar. Voraussetzung für die Präparation und Kanülierung eines Lymphgefäßes am Dorsum penis ist die gute Lagerung und Fixation des Penis.

Bis auf die oberflächlichen Lymphknoten der Saphenagruppe werden alle — auch bei der Fußlymph-angiographie dargestellten — Lymphknoten erfaßt. Darüber hinaus stellen sich oberflächliche Leistenlymphknoten dar, die bei der konventionellen Technik selten zur Ansicht gelangen.

Die Methode, ihr Einsatzgebiet und klinischer Wert werden besprochen.

Summary

Lymphography of the penis is technically more difficult than that of the foot. If the indications are present and the patient has been properly prepared, it is, however, possible. In order to prepare and cannulate a lymphatic vessel, good position, and fixation of the penis is necessary.

Apart from the superficial saphenous group, it is possible to demonstrate all the lymph nodes which can be shown by lymphography of the foot. In addition, superficial lymph nodes in the groin may be demonstrated, which are rarely seen when using a conventional technique.

The method and its clinical value are discussed.

La lymphographie du pénis est techniquement plus difficile que celle du dos du pied. Elle est acceptable si l'indication est bien posée et le malade bien préparé. Les conditions nécessaires à la préparation et au cathé-térisme d'un vaisseau lymphatique du dos du pénis sont une bonne position et une fixation satisfaisante du pénis.

Tous les ganglions lymphatiques sont ainsi illustrés jusqu'aux ganglions lymphatiques superficiels du groupe de la saphène, comme pour la lymphangiographie du pied. Cette méthode permet en outre l'illustration des ganglions inguinaux superficiels qui ne sont que rarement illustrés par la technique conventioneile.

La linfografía partiendo del pene es técnicamente más difícil que la del dorso del pie. Es exigible el correspondiente establecimiento de indicación y la preparación del paciente. Presuposición para la preparación y canulización de un vaso linfático en el dorso del pene es una buena posición y fijación del pene.

Con excepción de los ganglios linfáticos superficiales del grupo safena se abarcan todos los ganglios linfáticos — también representados en la linfangio-grafía del pie —. Además se representan ganglios linfáticos inguinales superficiales que con la técnica convencional raramente pueden observarse.
