Zusammenfassung

Nach der Diskussion der Technik der selektiven Koronarographie mit dem perkutan eingeführten Katheter nach Amplatz und der dabei möglichen Komplikationen wird auf den Wert und die Grenzen der Koronarographie als präoperative Untersuchung bei der aorto-koronaren Bypassoperation mittels Venentransplantat eingegangen. Außerdem werden die postoperativen angiographischen Befunde des Venentransplantates und der Koronararterien besprochen.

Summary

The technique of selective coronary arteriography, using the percutaneous catheter technique described by Amplatz, is reviewed; its complications are mentioned and the value of pre-operative coronary arteriography preceding aorto-coronary venous by-pass operations is discussed. The angiographic findings obtained post-operatively in the vein transplant and in the coronary arteries are also described.
