Zusammenfassung

Die angiographischen Befunde beim Osteoid-Osteom werden anhand von 14 Patienten besprochen. In allen Fällen findet sich eine unterschiedlich dichte, homogene Anfärbung, die dem Nidus entspricht. Bei kleinem Nidus und Überlagerung durch reaktive Knochenneubildung ist die photographische Subtraktion eine wichtige Zusatzuntersuchung. Aufgrund des konstanten angiographischen Befundes stellt die Gefäßdarstellung eine entscheidende diagnostische und differentialdiagnostische Untersuchung dar.

Summary

The angiographic findings in 14 patients with Osteoid-Osteoma are described. In all cases there was a homogenous blush of variable density in the area of the nidus. Photographic subtraction was very useful for the demonstration of the nidus in patients with either small nidus or abundant reactive new bone. The constant angiographic feature in Osteoid-Osteoma is very valuable for praeoperative diagnostic and for differential diagnostic considerations.
