Die Bedeutung der Injektionstechnik für die Radioisotopen-Angiographie und -Kardiographie

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe der Szintillationskamera untersuchten wir bei 72 Patienten das Schicksal des Aktivitätsbolus, welcher nach der Oldendorfschen Technik injiziert wurde. Die erwartete „Bolus-Wirkung“ konnten wir nur bei 21 Patienten feststellen. Bei 27 Personen kam es nach der Injektion zur Bildung von Venenkontraktionen, ohne meßbare Abflußbehinderung des Bolus. Bei 18 Patienten traten zum Teil erhebliche venöse Abflußstörungen auf, bei 6 partielle Paravasate.

Summary

The fate of the bolus injected by the Oldendorf technique was observed with a scintillation camera in 72 patients. The expected “bolus effect” was found in only 21 patients. In 27 patients the injection was followed by contraction of the veins, but without measurable slowing of the bolus. In 18 patients there was some delay in venous flow, sometimes significantly so, and in six patients, some extravasation occurred.
