Zusammenfassung
Es wird das Krankheitsbild einer systemisierten kongenitalen Venektasie der unteren
Extremität sowohl in der Tibia als auch in den Weichteilen des Unterschenkels vorgestellt.
Da das klinisch führende Symptom der Knochenschmerz ist und die Venektasie der Weichteile
nur umschriebene Regionen betrifft, soll das Krankheitsbild als „kongenitale diaphysäre
venöse Dysplasie“ bezeichnet werden.
Summary
A condition is described in which there is congenital ectasia of the veins in the
lower extremities, in the tibia as well as in the soft tissues of the leg. The most
striking symptom is bone pain, and the soft tissues are involved only to a limited
degree. The condition has therefore been called “congenital diaphyseal venous dysplasia”.
