Zusammenfassung
Bei 20 Patienten wurde zur peripheren Arteriographie sowohl das nichtionische KM Metrizamid
(Amipaque®)* als auch das ionische Megluminamidotrizoat (Angiografin®) angewendet. Nach Metrizamid traten eindeutig weniger Schmerzreaktionen und Hitzegefühl
auf, die diagnostische Information war gleich gut.
Summary
In peripheral arteriography in 20 patients the non-ionic contrast medium metrizamide
(amipaque®) and the ionic megluminamidotrizoat (angiografin®) was injected. Following amipaque no pain reactions were observed but angiografin
caused severe pain in 11 patients and light pain in 3 patients. The diagnostic information
of the two contrast media was the same.
