Zusammenfassung
Anhand von 300 Untersuchungen werden Technik, Indikationen, Kontraindikationen und
Komplikationen der perkutanen transhepatischen Portographie (PTP) beschrieben. Die
Vorteile dieser Methode gegenüber der transjugularen und transumbilikalen Portographie
werden diskutiert.
Summary
The technique, indications, contraindications and complications of percutaneous transhepatic
portography based on the experience of 300 cases are described. The advantage of this
method is discussed and compared with transjugular and transumbilical portography.
