Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall von ausgedehnter Knochenhämangiomatose mit zum Teil multiplen Herdbildungen in verschiedenen Skeletteilen beschrieben, bei der sich drei Entwicklungsstufen der durch Hämangiome hervorgerufenen Veränderungen der Knochenstruktur unterscheiden und in ihrer Entstehungsweise begründen lassen.

Summary

A case of extensive bone haemangiomatosis with multiple foci existing in several parts of the sceleton is described. In this case 3 phases of transformation of the bone structure produced by haemangiomas can be distinguished and their mode of origin explained.

Description d'un cas d'hémangiomatose osseuse étendue multiloculaire et localisée à différentes parties du squelette. L'auteur distingue 3 stades dans l'évolution des altérations de la structure osseuse dans l'hémangionatose dont le mode de développement se laisse reconstituer.

Se describe un caso de hemangiomatosis ósea generalizada con formación de múltiples focos en distintas partes del esqueleto, caso en el cual es posible establecer tres momentos evolutivos distintos de las alteraciones óseas provocadas por el hemangioma.
