Zur Technik der Thorax- und Herzaufnahme

Zusammenfassung

Die Unzulänglichkeit der heutigen Thorax- und Herzaufnahmetechnik werden auseinandergesetzt. Es wird erneut auf die Forderung nach einer herzphasengezielten Lungen- und Herzaufnahme aufmerksam gemacht. Die beschriebene Apparatur für herzphasengezielte Thorax- und Herzaufnahmen läßt vom systolischen Druckanstieg der Karotis, oder auch vom ersten Herzton an, eine beliebig wählbare Verzögerung einschalten bis zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt.

Summary

The inadequacy of the present technique of the chest and heart radiography is discussed. The attention is drawn afresh to the demand for lung and heart radiography centred on the phases of the heart. The apparatus described for thorax and heart radiography centred on the phases of the heart allows any selected period of delay between the systolic increase of the pressure in the carotid artery or the first heart sound and the moment of the exposure.

Résumé

Les auteurs rappellent les insuffisances inhérentes à la technique habituelle de la radiographie du coeur et du poumon, et insistent sur l'importance qu'il y a à pouvoir fixer à l'avance le moment de la révolution cardiaque où le cliché sera pris. L'appareil qu'ils décrivent permet de synchroniser la prise du cliché thoracique avec une phase quelconque de l'action cardiaque en se basant sur la systole carotidienne ou sur le premier bruit du coeur, à partir desquels on peut déclancher la prise du cliché exactement au moment voulu.

Resumen

Se explica la insuficiencia de la técnica empleada en la radiografía del tórax y del corazón. De nuevo se indica la necesidad de la radiografía del corazón y de los pulmones apuntada a las fases cardíacas. Se describe un aparato para esas radiografías apuntadas a las fases cardíacas, que da la posibilidad de intercalar un retraso elegible desde el aumento de la presión en la arteria carótida o desde el primer tono del corazón hasta el momento de la exposición.
