Zusammenfassung
Der Verfasser berichtet über die funktionelle Röntgensymptomatologie des vagotomisierten
Magens. Dabei zeigte sich, daß schon 1 oder 1 œ Jahre nach der Vagotomie, mittels
Röntgenuntersuchung, schwere morphologische und funktionelle Veränderungen des ganzen
Verdauungskanals faßbar sind. Unter den vielseitigen Symptomen, die in der Funktion
des Verdauungskanals durch die Ausschaltung des Vagus verursacht sind, sind die bedeutendsten
hervorzuheben, nämlich:
1. schwere hypertrophische Gastritis am Magen;
2. Tonus- und Motilitätsstörungen des Dünndarms;
3. Dyskinese des Kolon.
Summary
The author reports on the functional roentgensymptomatology of the stomach after vagotomy.
It appeared that as soon as 1 or 1 œ years after vagotomy severe morphologic and functional
changes of the entire degestive tract become demonstrable.
Under the many-sided functional symptoms of the alimentary canal caused by vagotomy
the most important ones must be emphasized, namely:
1) Severe hypertrophic gastritis of the stomach,
2) disorders of tonus — and motility of the small intestine,
3) dyscynesia of the colon.
Résumé
L'aspect radiologique fonctionnel de l'estomac après vagotomie fait l'objet de cet
exposé. Un an à un an et demi après la vagotomie déjà, on note des modifications morphologiques
et fonctionnelles importantes de tout le tube digestif. Parmi tous les signes que
la section du pneumogastrique entraîne au niveau du tube digestif il convient de citer
en particulier:
1. une forte gastrite hypertrophique.
2. des modifications de la tonicité et de la motricité du grêle.
3. une dyskinésic du colon.

El autor describe la sintomatología roentgenológica funcional del estómago vagotomizado.
Se constata que ya 1 ó 1 œ años después de la vagotomía es posible verificar por medio
de la exploración radiológica, graves alteraciones morfológicas y funcionales de todo
el tubo digestivo. Entre los numerosos síntomas determinados a nivel del tubo digestivo
como consecuencia de la sección del vago, deben citarse particularmente como los más
importantes los siguientes:
1. -grave gastritis hipertrófica del estómago,
2. -trastornos del tono y de la motilidad del intestino delgado,
3. -disquinesia del colon.
