Zusammenfassung
Den von röntgenologischer Seite bisher veröffentlichten spärlichen Fällen von seltener
parasternaler Zwerchfellhernie werden zwei weitere hinzugefügt. Jedesmalige Fehldeutung
des Röntgenbefundes a. O. findet ihre Erklärung in der Rarität dieser Bruchform. Neben
der Darstellung ihrer typischen Charakteristika werden aufschlußreiche Besonderheiten
unter pathogenetischem und morphologischem Blickwinkel aufgezeigt. Die spezielle Semiotik
wird erweitert.
Summary
To the up to now only few published cases of the rare parasternal diaphragmatic hernia
two more are added. Everyone of the faulty interpretations of the roentgensigns can
be explained through the rarity of the form of this fracture. Besides the demonstration
of its typical characteristics some informing peculiarities are shown from a pathogenetic
and morphologic point of view. The special symptomatology becomes enlarged.

Communication de 2 cas de hernie diaphragmatique parasternale qui viennent s'ajouter
aux quelques cas publiés jusqu'ici en radiologie. La rareté de cette forme de hernie
explique les erreurs dans l'interprétation des clichés. A la description des signes
caractéristiques l'auteur ajoute d'importants détails en tenant compte de la Pathogénèse
et de la morphologic de l'affection. Il en précise le cadre sémiologique.
Resumen
Se agregan dos casos de hernia diafragmática parasternal, cuadro que, desde el punto
de vista radiológico, ha sido publicado en contadas excepciones. Las interpretaciones
erróneas del cuadro radiológico se explican si se tiene en cuenta que este tipo de
hernia es raro. Se describen sus características típicas y se señalan peculiaridades
muy notables desde el punto de vista patogenético y morfológico. Se amplía el conocimiento
de la semiología especial de este tipo de hernia.
