Muskeldysbalancen als Ursache von Überlastungsbeschwerden und Gelenkschmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Überlastungsbedingte Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparats beruhen oft auf Muskeldysfunktionen und Muskeldysbalancen in Verbindung mit repetitiven Bewegungsmustern. Therapieziel ist es, Ursachen der Dysbalancen zu identifizieren und zu behandeln und so dem Körper Autoregulation zu ermöglichen. Mit Akupunktur, Applied Kinesiology, Neuraltherapie und Automobilisation des kraniosakralen Systems können viele Beschwerden wirksam behandelt werden. Dies zeigen wir exemplarisch anhand von 5 Fallbeispielen.

Abstract

Complaints of the locomotor apparatus due to overstress are often caused by muscular dysfunctions and muscular dysbalances in connection with repetitive movement patterns. The goal of a therapy is to identify and to treat the causes of the dysbalances, and thus make an autoregulation for the body possible. Many complaints can be treated effectively with acupuncture, applied kinesiology, neural therapy, and automobilization of the craniosacral system. This is shown with the help of 5 case studies.
