Zusammenfassung
Während der letzten 20 Jahre wurde eine Reihe von Psychotherapiemethoden entwickelt, die unter dem Namen „3. Welle der Verhaltenstherapie” zusammengefasst werden. Dazu gehören unter anderem die Dialektisch-Behaviorale Therapie (DBT), Acceptance und Committment Therapy (ACT), Schematherapie, Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP), Achtsamkeitsbasierte Kognitive Therapie (MBCT), und die Metakognitive Therapie (MCT). Die Methoden werden in ihren Grundkonzepten vorgestellt und die bisherige Datenlage zusammengefasst.
Abstract
During the last two decades a number of psychotherapies have been developed which are summarised as the third wave of cognitive behavioural therapies. Among these are dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, cognitive behavioural analysis system of psychotherapy (CBASP), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and metacognitive therapy (MCT). The purpose of this article is to describe the basic concepts of these treatments and to summarise available studies concerning their efficacy.
