Kasuistik interaktiv: Rätselhafte Sensibilitätsstörungen im Bein – Motorische und sensorische Ausfälle nach Sigmaresektion

Zusammenfassung

Ein 78-jähriger Patient unterzieht sich einer laparoskopischen Sigmaresektion unter begleitender thorakaler Periduralanästhesie. Postoperativ entwickelt der Patient sowohl sensorische als auch motorische Ausfälle, die erst verzögert zu einer gezielten Diagnostik führen und infolgedessen auch die Ursache erst zu spät therapeutisch angegangen wird.

Abstract

A 78-year-old patient undergoing laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy under accompanying thoracic epidural anesthesia develops post surgically sensorimotor deficits. Initially, the pathogenesis is unclear. Only specific diagnostic tools can identify the underlying causes and enable delayed therapy.
