Zusammenfassung
Ein allschichtiger Bauchwanddefekt ist selten und kann als Komplikation von ausgedehnten
abdominalchirurgischen Eingriffen auftreten. Wir berichten über einen 69-jährigen
Patienten, der mit einem Bauchwanddefekt und freiliegendem Kollagennetz zum rekonstruktiven
Wundverschluss in unserer Klinik vorgestellt wurde. Vorausgegangen war eine intraabdominelle
Abszedierung in deren Verlauf 13 Eingriffe mit Resektionen von Bauchdeckenanteilen
durchgeführt wurden. Der verbleibende Defekt im rechten Unterbauch wurde nach Debridement
und Netzentfernung durch eine kutane Leistenlappenplastik versorgt.
Abstract
A full-thickness defect of the abdominal wall is rare and may occur as a complication
of extended abdominal surgery procedures. We report about a 69-year-old patient who
was presented to our department with a full-thickness abdominal wall defect and a
fully exposed collagen-mesh for reconstructive wound closure. 13 operations with resections
of necrotic parts of the abdominal wall were performed following a complicated intraabdominal
infection. After debridement and mesh explantation, closure of the remaining defect
of the lower abdominal region was achieved by a cutaneous groin flap.
