Disseminierte kutane Beteiligung bei Churg-Strauss-Syndrom unter Omalizumab-Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 48-jährige Patientin mit schwerem, therapierefraktärem IgE-vermitteltem Asthma bronchiale, die 7 Wochen nach Einleitung einer Therapie mit Omalizumab, einem humanisierten monoklonalen Antikörper gegen IgE (Xolair^®), ein Churg-Strauss-Syndrom mit prominenter, rasch progredienter Hautbeteiligung vom Typ des Erythema migrans entwickelte.

Abstract

We report on a 48-years old caucasian female patient with severe recalcitrant IgE-mediated bronchial asthma who developed a Churg-Strauss syndrome with rapid progression of marked cutaneous involvement of the erythema migrans type 7 weeks after start of a therapy with omalizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against IgE (Xolair^®).
