Einheiten der sprechmotorischen Planung: theoretische Aspekte und Implikationen für die Sprechapraxietherapie

Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Artikel gibt einen Überblick über die relevanten Einheiten bei der sprechmotorischen Planung. Neben Evidenzen für die Silbe als zentrale sprechmotorische Organisationseinheit werden Annahmen für eine interne hierarchische Struktur phonetischer Silben nach subsilbischen Einheiten sowie Einflüsse suprasilbischer, metrischer Aspekte diskutiert. Ausgehend von den modelltheoretischen Annahmen über die Größe sprechmotorischer Planungseinheiten werden Hypothesen zum Pathomechanismus der Sprechapraxie formuliert sowie Implikationen für die Sprechapraxietherapie abgeleitet.

Abstract

The present article gives an overview of the basic units which are supposed to be involved in phonetic planning processes. We start with assumptions emphasizing the syllable as an essential organisation unit and then discuss new accounts focussing on the internal hierarchical structure of phonetic syllables. Furthermore, we describe influences of suprasyllabic (metrical) aspects at the phonetic planning level. Based on these theoretical grounds we will delineate hypotheses regarding the pathomechanism of apraxia of speech as well as implications for the treatment of the disorder.
