Die Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) hat Roflumilast (Daxas®) als neue Behandlungsoption in seine aktualisierten Leitlinien für die Behandlung von COPD aufgenommen [1]. Damit sind Phosphodiesterase-4-Inhibitoren in der neuen Ausgabe als neue Substanzklasse vertreten.
