Zusammenfassung
Krankheitsprävention – Beatmungsassoziierte Pneumonie hat im Hinblick auf Morbidität und Mortalität von Intensivpatienten eine herausragende Bedeutung – sie ist die häufigste nosokomiale Infektion auf Intensivstationen. Um die Rate dieser Erkrankung zu senken, gibt es etliche Richtlinien und Empfehlungen verschiedener Einrichtungen, diverse Bundles und unzählige Studien zu einzelnen Maßnahmen. Wir informieren Sie über den aktuellen Stand der Prävention der beatmungsassoziierten Pneumonie und stellen die wichtigsten pflegerischen Maßnahmen, Techniken und deren Wirksamkeit vor.
