Zusammenfassung
Durch die zunehmende Miniaturisierung der operativen Zugangswege bedarf es auch einer
entsprechenden Miniaturisierung der chirurgischen Instrumente. Die Kraftübertragung
der auszuführenden Instrumentenbewegungen können dabei aufgrund der Miniaturisierung
nicht mehr wie bisher mechanisch erfolgen, wie zum Beispiel durch Bowdenzüge, sondern
müssen zukünftig durch kleinste kabelgeführte Aktuatoren realisiert werden. Gleichzeitig
ermöglicht die Miniaturisierung der Instrumente auch eine Miniaturisierung des operativen
Sterilraums.
Abstract
For the increasing miniaturization of the surgical corridors a corresponding miniaturization
of the surgical instruments will be mandatory in the future. The transmission of the
tool movements of the surgical instruments cannot be longer realized, as previously
only mechanically the example of a Bowden system, and will need wire controlled actuators.
In the same way as the miniaturization of the instruments will go forward the steril
space in the operation theatre will be miniaturized.
