Die kaudale durale Insertion und das Lig. sacrodurale anterius (nach Trolard)

In der Literatur wird in Bezug auf die lumbosakrale Wirbelsäule neben den bekannten osteoligamentären Strukturen manchmal auch das Lig. sacrodurale anterius beschrieben. Diese ziemlich unbekannte Struktur, auch Ligament von Trolard genannt, wird als wichtigster Fixationspunkt der Dura mater mit dem Lig. longitudinale posterius im Canalis vertabralis umschrieben. Auch in der Osteopathie verweist man auf dieses Ligament bei verschiedenen theoretischen Modellen, u. a. der kraniosakralen Therapie und dem tiefen Rückenschmerz (Low Back Pain-Syndrom). Um was handelt es sich bei dieser Struktur aber eigentlich?
