Zusammenfassung
Die höheren Anforderungen an die Gesundheitsdienstberufe verlangen nach einer
Akademisierungsrate von ca. 10–20 %, so die Empfehlungen des Wissenschaftsrates
(Berater der Bundesregierung und Landesregierungen) vom Juli 2012. Dieses sollte
durch sektorübergreifende Ausbildung und Forschung ermöglicht werden. Ziel ist
der „reflektierende Praktiker“ mit den Kompetenzen wissenschaftliche Reflexion,
Evidenzprüfung und einer Anpassung des professionellen Handelns. Am besten sei
ein solches Studium an einem „Gesundheitscampus“ zu installieren. Es wird
kritisch auf diese Forderungen eingegangen und auf bereits bestehende
wissenschaftliche Studiengänge im bewegungstherapeutischen Bereich hingewiesen.
Der Bologna-Prozess ist für sie allerdings nicht zielführend, da kaum ein
strenger definiertes Berufsbild existiert.
Summary
Health-related profession for yesterday, today and tomorrow
According to the recommendations of the Scientific Council from July 2012
(advisor of the Federal and Devolved Governments in Germany), the high demands
of health related professions require that the entire work-force comprise 10–20
% of university trained professionals. This target is supposed to be made
possible by training and research in a wide range of health sectors. Among
others, one of objectives of the recommendations is to have a reflecting
practitioner with competent scientific reflection, ability to review evidence
and professional adaptability. A medical campus at the university is the ideal
location for attaining such academic qualifications. This article critically
discusses the Scientific Council recommendations as well as the subjects related
to physical exercise therapy at the medical schools. The so-called
Bologna-process is not considered as a prime goal due to the absence of clearly
defined professional guidelines.
