Psychotherapie wirkt! Nach vielen Jahrzehnten systematischer Forschung zu den Effekten der Psychotherapie ist diese Aussage mittlerweile bestens fundiert. Dies belegt auch die neue, Anfang des Jahres erschienene Auflage des Handbook of Psychotherapy and Behavior Change [1].
