Otitis externa: topisch, systemisch oder chirurgisch?

Ohrentzündungen sind ein sehr häufiges Problem in der Kleintierpraxis, besonders Hunde sind häufig von chronischer oder chronisch-rezidivierender Otitis betroffen. Neben der Aufarbeitung der primären Ursache ist vor allem die topische Therapie der wichtigste Faktor für eine dauerhaft erfolgreiche Behandlung.
