Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über einen jungen Patienten mit einem Os scaphoideum bipartitum und Ausbildung einer symptomatischen Osteonekrose des proximalen Skaphoidanteils. Die wichtige Abgrenzung des Os scaphoideum bipartitum zur Skaphoidpseudarthrose wird diskutiert.
Abstract
We report on the case of a young patient with bipartite carpal scaphoid with osteonecrosis of the proximal pole. The important differentiation of this entity to the pseudarthrosis of the scaphoid is discussed.
