Dank Blutverdünnung und Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung haben Patienten mit Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen bessere Chancen, Operationen unbeschadet zu überstehen. Gleichwohl erschwert die intensivierte Antikoagulation die Indikationsstellung und verkompliziert das perioperative Management.
