Die Ernährung von stillenden Frauen: Ergebnisse einer Befragung

Die Ernährung in der Stillzeit ist nicht nur bedeutsam für den Säugling, sondern auch für die Aufrechterhaltung der mütterlichen Nährstoffreserven. Eine bisher in Deutschland einmalige Ernährungserhebung in Münster aus dem Jahr 2013, durchgeführt als Masterarbeit, weist auf mögliche Mängel in der Ernährung von stillenden Frauen hin. Dieser Befund entspricht internationalen Studienergebnissen. Stellt sich die Frage: Was können Hebammen stillenden Frauen empfehlen?
