Neubeurteilung klinischer Phänotypen

Die Multiple Sklerose (MS) verläuft klinisch äußerst unterschiedlich. Den Krankheitsverlauf voraussagen zu können, wäre für die individuelle Prognose, die Therapieindikation und letztlich die Wahrscheinlichkeit, die Erkrankungsschwere grundlegend zu modifizieren, entscheidend. PPMS-Patienten akkumulieren naturgemäß in oft kurzer Zeit substanzielle Funktionseinschränkungen.
