A retrospective, comparative study has been carried out on uterine tubes of 714 women at reproductive age, with using histological, immunhistochemical and morphometrical methods. The data were obtained on peculiarities of the structure of different part, thickness of the layers, changes of the arteial and venous blood vesels supply, nervous tissues and microarchitecture of the uterine tube wall in various phases of menstrual cycle in uterus myoma, adenomyosis, ovary cyst pathology, contralateral pathology uterine tube, nonspecific inflamation group. The data was compared with histological and morphometrical data from 65 cases from control group without genital tract pathology. The data was analysed statistically. In the preliminary analysis uterine tubes with genital trakt pathology, we found morphological abnormalities Fallopian tubes, which where classified, as mild, moderate and severe. We found evidence of severe morphoiogical abnormalities in 50%). In 48% we observed moderate abnormalities, and in 2% – mild grade of abnormalities. We conclude, that evidence based changes in morphological structutres of the uterine tube in uterus myoma group could play a significant role as a morphological substrat for clinical data associated with significantly lower outcome of assisted reproductive technology. We provide a new methods of intralumenal treatment of Fallopian tubes with using combined operative hysteroscopy anfd fertiloscopy and insertion some irrigations – salpingokatheters. Our findings have implication on the use of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in women with non tubal pathology of genital tract who seek fertility assesment and treatment.
