Zusammenfassung
Die Traditionelle chinesische Medizin (TCM) mit ihrer Kräuter- und Nadel-Therapie
bildet einen wesentlichen Anteil an der komplementären und alternativen Medizin. Vor
über 4500 Jahren hat sich die Akupunktur entwickelt und bringt auch noch heute neue
Ansätze und Ideen hervor. Eine solche Revolution fand 2004 in den USA, San Diego,
Californien, statt: David Schmidt brachte die Lifewave®-Pflaster auf den Markt. Dabei
handelt es sich um non-transdermale Pflaster, die auf Akupunkturpunkte geklebt werden
und über Photonentherapie die Blockade des Qi beim Menschen oder Tier beheben können.
Summary
The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), its phytotherapy and acupuncture form a substantial
proportion of complementary and alternative medicine. For over 4500 years, acupuncture
has undergone enormous development and still produces new approaches and ideas even
today. A similar revolution took place in the United States, San Diego, California,
in 2004 when David Schmidt brought the Lifewave® patch on the market. They are non-transdermal
patches, which are stuck on acupuncture points and can resolve the blockage of Qi
in humans or animals by means of photon therapy.
