Zitrat-Locklösungen für Hämodialysekatheter – Weniger Infektionen und Thrombenbildungen als unter Heparin

Um einen zentralen Dialysekatheter durchgängig zu halten, ist die Installation (Lock) eines Antikoagulans in jedes Lumen notwendig. Wie kontrollierte Studien zeigen, haben zitrathaltige Locklösungen gegenüber Heparin teilweise signifikante Vorteile. Damit können katheterassoziierte Infektionen, Thrombenbildungen und Blutungskomplikationen reduziert werden.
