In the instance of Spanish Flu as an example, several problems, that may occur, when analyzing historic data of homeopathic treatment of pandemic diseases, are depicted, namely: the quality of the available data, the absence of a common homeopathic concept resulting in a polytherapeutic approach from homeopathic practitioners, the different incidences, death rates and regional distribution of the epidemic.
