Historical data of the Cuban homeopathy back to the 19th century when patients were treated homeopathically, owing to epidemics of cholera and yellow fever. Treatment of epidemics involves primarily an explicit interest of any health system. And in the case of Cuba, homeopaths have been invited since the early date of 1995 to resolve local or national cases of sudden infectious diseases, So, we have solid data regarding treatment of epidemics: peripheral, hepatitis, conjunctivitis, dengue, cholera and leptospirosis neuropathy. In all, health indicators improved without the need for additional treatment, accompanied from a favorable social and economic impact. The results of these investigations are presented, showing the homeopathic method used.
