Zusammenfassung
Die angeborene Fettverteilungsstörung Lipo-hyperplasia dolorosa führt zu einer lymphologischen
Hochvolumeninsuffizienz. Obligat ist die Druckschmerzhaftigkeit des Fettes. Die konservative
Behandlung wird durch Metho-den der Komplexen Entstauungstherapie ab-gedeckt.
Seit 1997 wurden im Rahmen der operativen Lymphologie invasive Verfahren inauguriert,
deren Ziel die Heilung dieses lymphologischen Krankheitsbildes ist. Die operative
The-rapie, als Lymphologische Liposculptur durchgeführt, stellt eine kausale Therapie
des Lip-ödems der Arme und Beine dar; sie ist dauer-haft und heilt die Patienten von
den klinischen Symptomen des Lipödems.
Summary
The congenital diffusion disorder of the fatty tissue (Lipohyperplasia dolorosa) cause
lymphatic high capacity insufficiency. A pronounced tenderness on palpation is evident.
Conservative treatment comprises complex anti-oedema therapy.
Since 1997 invasive procedures were inaugurated in terms of surgical lymphology with
the aim to cure this lymphological illness. The surgical therapy carried out as Lymphological
Liposulpure is a causally related therapy of the lipoedema of the arms and legs; it
treats patients successfully and permanently of the lipoedema’s clinical symptoms.
