Zusammenfassung:

Gegenstand und Zie: Erstbeschreibung einer perinealen Hypospadie mit Penis- und Rutendeformation bei einem Hund. Material und Methode: Fallbericht eines einjährigen Chihuahua-Mischlings. Ergebnisse: Das Skrotum war insgesamt zweigeteilt, sodass pro Hoden ein separater Hodensack vorlag. Das Os penis und die Schwanzwirbel wiesen eine Deformation auf. Weiterhin war eine chronische Niereninsuffizienz nachweisbar. Nach operativer Entfernung des deformierten Penis und der Hoden zeigte der Hund eine ungestörte Wundheilung. Die Niereninsuffizienz blieb bestehen. Schlussfolgerung und klinische Relevanz: Bei Vorliegen einer Hypospadie sind Begleiterkrankungen labordiagnostisch abzuklären.

Summary:

Objective: First description of a perineal hypospadia with a deformation of the penis and tail in a dog. Material and methods: The scrotum was separated in two parts, so that each testis had a separate scrotum. The os penis and the sacral vertebrae showed a deformation. Furthermore a chronic renal insuffiency was diagnosed. After the surgical excision of the deformed penis and the testes the dog showed an uncomplicated wound healing. The renal insufficiency persisted. Conclusion and clinical relevance: In case of hypospadia concomitant diseases have to be clarified by laboratory examinations.
