Crouzon syndrome represents the most common syndromic craniosynostosis. Ocular complications are frequent, including papilledema and optic atrophy, often related to increased intracranial pressure. We describe a case of a 6-month-old infant who presented with typical phenotypic features of a Crouzon syndrome and persisting papilledema after 360° cranial vault decompression. Possible causes of papilledema in this syndromic craniosynostosis are discussed in light of existing literature.
