Zusammenfassung
Hintergrund: Die aktuelle psychiatrische Versorgung ist ein stark zu diskutierendes Thema in der
Entwicklung des deutschen Gesundheitssystems. Es geht zum einen um Kostensenkung und
zum anderen um eine bedarfs- und bedürfnisorientierte Behandlung innerhalb einer integrierten
Versorgung. Aspekte wie Patientenautonomie und Patientenmitbestim-mung spielen eine
maßgebliche Rolle, die nicht nur im Sinne der Kostenreduktion, sondern auch zur Verbesserung
der Qualität der Versorgung sowie zu einer steigenden Transparenz der Behandlungsabläufe
beitragen (13).
Summary
Background: The topical psychiatric care is a very discussed subject in the development of the
German health system. Its handles about cost reduction, demand responsive and need
oriented treatments within an integrated care. Aspects like patient's autonomy and
patient's co-determination play a decisive role which contribute not only for the
purposes of the cost reduction, but also for the improvement of the quality of the
care as well as to a rising transparency of the treatment procedure (13).
