A 20-year-old female patient presented with complaints of rough, hard, persistent dryness of skin on left palm and left foot for the last 1 year. It was diagnosed with palmoplantar keratosis. The areas of the affected part were itchy.

  • Remedy selected: Graphitis 30C—once daily for 3 days, followed by placebo for 2 months. After one and a half month, marked improvement was seen in the lesions.
