Zusammenfassung
Wachkraniotomie aus anästhesiologischer Sicht Bei der Wachkraniotomie zur Hirntumorresektion ist die Belastung für den Patienten und das gesamte Behandlungsteam besonders hoch. Für die Anästhesie kommt erschwerend hinzu, dass der Kopf des Patienten in der stundenlangen Wachphase meist seitwärts gedreht fixiert und dadurch sehr schlecht zugänglich ist. Atemwegs- und andere Komplikationen sind somit deutlich schwieriger zu beherrschen. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass sich das gesamte Team sorgfältig vorbereitet und abspricht.
