Zusammenfassung

Drei Techniken für Kniebeugen im Vergleich Wie führe ich eine Kniebeuge korrekt aus? Diese Frage wird von Trainern, Therapeuten und Sportwissenschaftlern häufig kritisch diskutiert. Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, den Effekt von drei in der Praxis häufig verwendeten Kniebeugentechniken im Hinblick auf die Bewegungsausführung und die Belastung der unteren Extremitäten zu eurteilen.
