Prognostisch schwierige Vorgehensweisen können im Kontext eines Einzelfalls mit bewusster
Inkaufnahme eines erhöhten Risikos indiziert sein, um einen gut etablierten Gefäßzugang
zu erhalten. Die vorgestellte Kasuistik zeigt Vorgehensweisen mit z. T. erhöhtem Risiko,
die aber in der Gesamtkonstellation des Patienten indiziert waren und letztlich die
Shuntfunktion langfristig erhalten haben.
Difficult procedures with prognostic probably poor outcome could be indicated to maintain
an established vascular access despite higher operative risk. The described case demonstrates
different procedures with partly moderate success. But these procedures were indicated
in the context to the prevailing situation of the patient and at the end rescued the
shunt function in the long term.
