Untere und mittlere gastrointestinale Blutung

Die gastrointestinale Blutung mit Blutungsquelle im Dünndarm zwischen Treitz-Band und Ileozökalklappe wird als mittlere intestinale Blutung bezeichnet und so von der unteren intestinalen Blutung (Dickdarm) abgegrenzt. Dieser Beitrag zeigt die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten und therapeutischen Optionen bei unteren und mittleren intestinalen Blutungen.
