Summary

An der Entstehung von Adipositas sind zahlreiche Faktoren beteiligt. Dazu gehören auch epigenetische Veränderungen, ausgelöst durch pränatale Einflüsse wie die Ernährung der Mutter in der Schwangerschaft oder Endocrine disruptors. Neben dem Mikrobiom sowie der durch extrinsische und intrinsische Faktoren beeinflussten Regulation von Appetit und Sättigung spielt die Zusammensetzung der Ernährung eine wichtige Rolle.
