Summary

Eine ketogene Ernährung mit einem sehr hohen Fettanteil und einer Verknappung von Glukose zeigt tierexperimentell günstige Effekte auf Tumorwachstum und Überleben. In der humanen Krebstherapie deuten sich positive Wirkungen der ketogenen Diät in der Kombination mit Strahlen- und Chemotherapie an.
