Stridor, Dyspnoe und Dysphagie sind Anzeichen eines raumfordernden Prozesses der oberen Atemwege, die die betroffenen Pferde aufgrund der Atemnot häufig zu Notfallpatienten machen. Die sorgfältige diagnostische Aufarbeitung inklusive weiterführender bildgebender Maßnahmen wird im folgenden Beitrag anhand eines exemplarischen Falls dargestellt.
