Yasushi Yamasaki et al. Underwater endoscopic mucosal resection for superficial nonampullary duodenal adenomas

This small cohort study examined underwater mucosal resection for removal of duodenal adenomas of size ≤ 20 mm. All lesions could be resected using this technique. There was one adverse event (mild aspiration pneumonia), and one recurrence after 3 months.
