Zusammenfassung
Vestibuläre Synkopen sind seltene Ereignisse bei einer peripher labyrinthären Erkrankung.
Ein kurzer Bewusstseinsverlust ist möglich, aber nicht obligat. Der neurologische
Befund ist unauffällig, Symptome von Seiten des Innenohrs sind jedoch möglich. Die
Spontanprognose ist meist gut.
Vestibular Drop Attacks
Vestibular drop attacks are a very rare form of fit which occur in vestibular disease.
A short loss of consciousness is possible but not mandatory. Patients have normal
results on neurological examination. Standard auditory and vestibular function testing
may have abnormal results. Most patients have spontaneous remission.
