Abstract

ABSTRACT

Numerous new metallic endoprostheses have been developed in recent years, and it is impossible to cover all the current techniques. This article outlines the various designs of metallic stents and describes their characteristics, uses, and differences. Abdominal and thoracic aneurysm repair is covered in a separate article.
